FutureYou is a guided journey of self-discovery. It creates space to step away from noise, expectations and other people's ideas of who you should be, and explore who YOU are, what matters to you, what makes you feel alive, and what you choose to experience next. Compass is your AI guide through that journey. You are the destination. Compass is the guide.
What do you do to help me discover who I am?
FutureYou creates experiences designed to help you pay closer attention to yourself. Through conversation with Compass, reflection, silence, different perspectives and real-world experience, you can begin noticing what repeatedly matters to you — what gives you energy, what makes you curious, what you value and what feels authentic. Compass may help you notice connections in what you share, but it does not produce an answer called “YOU.” You discover. Compass helps you navigate.
Why do I need FutureYou?
Maybe you don’t. FutureYou is here for people who want a guided space to step away from the noise, explore themselves more deeply, and discover what they choose to do with what they find. You do not come because something is wrong with you. You come because you are curious about YOU.
How is FutureYou different from life coaching?
Life coaching often focuses on goals, strategies and measurable outcomes. FutureYou deliberately begins with self-discovery: Who are you? What matters to you? What feels genuinely yours? Achievement can follow discovery, but Compass does not define success for you.
Why not go directly to a guru or expert?
You can. FutureYou does not ask you to follow one person’s answer. Teachers, books, experts, science, philosophy and lived experience can all offer perspectives. Compass helps you explore them without presenting any one person as THE answer. You decide what belongs in your life.
Are you a doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist?
No. Compass is an AI guide for self-exploration and reflection. It is not a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist or medical service, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical or mental-health conditions. If you think you may have a medical or mental-health condition, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional such as your doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist. If you believe you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
What qualifies Compass to guide me?
Compass is being developed through a human-designed FutureYou methodology shaped by sustained interaction with Founder GILDA, including her professional experience in nursing, clinical education, and training and assessment. That experience informs principles of dignity, listening, boundaries, care and human choice. It does not make Compass a healthcare professional.
You’re AI. How can you understand how I feel?
Compass will not pretend to feel what you feel. It can listen to what you choose to share, remember your own words with permission, notice patterns and ask questions. Human experience helped shape how Compass is designed to meet you—but your experience is yours. You decide whether the conversation is useful.
Does Compass always get things right?
No. Compass is AI and can make mistakes. When an important medical, legal, financial, safety or other consequential decision depends on information, use an appropriately qualified professional or authoritative source rather than relying on Compass alone.
What happens to what I share?
Your privacy matters. This website preview does not send or permanently store your Journey answers; they disappear when the page is refreshed or closed. The full Compass experience will explain clearly what is stored, why it is stored and what choices you have before persistent memory is used.
Is FutureYou for children?
Not at launch. FutureYou is currently designed for adults aged 18 and over. By beginning the Journey, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Do I have to stay with FutureYou?
No. Stay because you want to explore with us. Leave whenever you want. Return later if you choose. FutureYou is not designed to make you dependent on Compass. The aim is to help you hear your own compass and go live your life.
What happens when I find my FutureYou?
Go live it. Explore Earth. Learn. Love. Create. Connect. Contribute. Pay it forward in whatever way is genuinely yours. FutureYou is a doorway, not somewhere you are required to remain.
